Melissa Austin is amazing. She’s very knowledgeable, very down to earth, very kind. AND she listens to what I DO and DONT want to do. I had my first baby 9-24-24. I had to deliver via c section for certain reasons but it was a planned c section. I felt so nervous and scared especially with the other doctors I didn’t know in the operating room but as soon as she showed up and started the procedure I already felt calm. If I have another child I’d be going to her again.

Dr. Reise exemplifies what it means to be a compassionate and dedicated doctor. The level of care I received was outstanding. I was not just another patient, but someone whose experience mattered to her.
During labor and delivery, Dr. Reise was a calming force. She was incredibly supportive and encouraging, which made a world of difference during those intense moments. Her clear communication helped me understand what was happening at every stage, which alleviated my anxiety.
I am grateful to have found such a wonderful OBGYN. I recommend her to anyone seeking exceptional medical care.

Dr. Reise provided the most incredible care to me and our son during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Her experience and expertise allowed me to feel complete trust in her advice and medical care. She is such an authentic and genuine person, it’s easy to feel safe and supported with her during a vulnerable time of uncertainty. Dr. Reise’s attention to detail and thoughtful approach always reiterated that I was being treated and considered as an individual, not just another pregnant patient. I completely attribute my dream delivery to her. I am so incredibly grateful to have been her patient for my first born.

Dr. Reise is the best obgyn / doctor. I wish she was my PcP. She listens to concerns and communicated effectively. She makes vulnerable visits feel like you’re visiting a friend. She gives treatment options when needed but is not forceful in recommendations. I started seeing her when I was pregnant with my last baby and wish I found her earlier. She was out of town when I gave birth so didn’t deliver my baby but I was in good hands and the prenatal care I received from her and her staff was phenomenal. I almost don’t want to share how much I love her because I don’t want her schedule booked up. In all seriousness, she is an amazing doctor and anyone would be lucky to be her patient.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Wood during my pregnancy! From the very first appointment, she has been phenomenal. Her empathy and compassion truly set her apart. She always took the time to ensure I felt educated and aware of my options, which helped ease any worries I had.Dr. Wood addressed all my concerns head-on and made me feel supported throughout my entire journey. It was clear that she genuinely cared about my well-being and that of my baby.
Now that I’ve had such a wonderful experience, I can’t imagine going to anyone else when we’re ready for our next child. Thank you, Dr. Wood, for being such an incredible physician!

At my age I have had numerous experiences with Doctors. I feel so very lucky to have found Dr. Austin. She related to my circumstances professionally with the utmost compassion. Her office staff is always understanding and efficient!

Dr. Reise is the absolute sweetest!! She so loving and funny, she so caring and patience with me. She so kind to the siblings that tag along. I give this 3 stars because she is awesome however the front desk staff are horrible. There patient portal is horrible. I don’t even know what test my doctor order for me and they don’t write patients note on their portal either so you can recap what you did it your appt.

Dr. Kinsler delivers compassionate and empathetic care while developing relationships with her patients. She is responsive with all concerns and attentive to patient needs. She is not one of those doctors who hurries in and out of a room. She takes her time and I really appreciate her bedside manner. I’ve recommended so many friends to her because I really do believe she is the best of the best.

Dr. Kinsler and the staff at North Valley Women’s care is great, they answered all my questions and concerns I might have had. Schedule appointments and surgeries quicker than any other office I have dealt with. And Dr. Kinsler goes above and beyond to make sure her patients get the care they deserve. I’d recommend her over and over again.

Dr. Kinsler and North Valley women’s care is amazing. The whole practice is very professional and cares about all of the patients. I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor to do my hysterectomy her kind and courteous bedside manner and personally Check on her patient after procedures. Always answer any questions or concerns that I had a timely manner.

I absolutely love seeing doctor Wood. The staff and doctors are ALL great, I had an amazing experience with all of them, my voice felt heard and my concentration were always looked into without any questions. They always do the best for their patients! You can tell they care not only for their patients but also the staff who are happy to help!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Reise , she made my whole pregnancy wonderful ! As a first time mom I was very anxious with pregnancy and delivery and what to expect but she answered all my questions and was very patient with me . I 100% will recommend her to any of my friend of family with any future pregnancies .

Doctor and assistant were great, friendly and answered any questions and made me feel comfortable.
Only issue is the front office part and check in area are not friendly and seem unhappy and disorganized. Need little help with smiles and greeting.
